What is a clubbell?
It may sound like just another trendy piece of fitness equipment—but in fact, the clubbell has been used for centuries to build strength, mobility, and resilience. Rooted in ancient warrior training, this tool offers a uniquely flowing and functional way to move your body.
In this fun and beginner-friendly pop-up workshop, you’ll get a hands-on introduction to clubbell training with Nate Juarez, founder of the Gada Pivot method and the International Macebell Sport Association. He’ll guide you through the basics in a way that’s approachable, empowering, and surprisingly playful.
Whether you’re new to movement or a seasoned athlete looking for something fresh, you’ll learn how this ancient tool can help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more connected to your body—all while having a really good time.
