About the event
This three-part workshop series is an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of swing mechanics and develop mastery using clubbells and steel maces.
These movements improve overall physical health, building functional strength, stability, and flexibility while also cultivating mindfulness and body awareness.
If you’re a beginner, this is a chance to build a strong foundation. If you’re experienced, it’s an opportunity to refine your technique and deepen your practice.
All three swings featured in this series are competition movements in the SoCal Mace Games in October, giving you the chance to train with purpose and prepare for the event using these unconventional tools.
