February Swing Challenge
10,000 Swings

(500/5 Days/Week)

Welcome to the February 2026 Clubbell Swing Challenge. The goal this month is simple but brutal: 10,000 reps in 4 weeks. We are focusing on absolute mastery of the Clubbell Mill and developing unmatched grip and shoulder strength. The volume is high, and the intensity is higher.

 

🗓️ The Schedule:

 

Target: 10,000 Total Swings

Frequency: 5 Days Per Week

Daily Volume: 500 Swings

 

💪 The Protocol: Choose a weight where completing 100 reps is difficult. You should be approaching muscular failure by the end of these sets.

 

👇 Rep Scheme Examples:

 

1) Two-Handed (2H) Unilateral:

100 Reps continuous / per side

 

2) Two- Handed Alternating:

200 Reps continuous

 

3) One-Handed (1H) "36 Chamber" Scheme:

36 Reps Left

36 Reps Right

36 Reps Alternating (L/R)

 

Repeat until 500 daily reps are hit.
