Heavy Metal (7:00- 8:00 AM)

Tuesday
Steel Mace Flow (5:30- 6:30 PM)
Unlock fluid strength and dynamic mobility. Learn to seamlessly link movements for enhanced coordination, core power, and body control through continuous, graceful motion.
Wednesday
Club Flow (7:00- 8:00 AM)
Build functional power and core stability through dynamic clubbell strength conditioning. Then, link those powerful movements into seamless flows, enhancing coordination and fluid strength.
Thursday

Leg Day (7:00- 8:00 AM)
Combine the versatile power of sandbags, kettlebells, & clubbells to build formidable lower body strength & endurance. Expect a challenging workout packed with dynamic carries, swings, squats, & lunges designed to forge resilient legs and unwavering stamina.
