I really enjoyed the training! I learned a lot about how to improve my fitness, which makes me more comfortable at work,I have an easier time focusing and staying on task.

I use the breathing and the strength building exercises we learned in class daily. I've noticed that daily tasks are getting easier and movement isn't as painful. I recommend Coach Nate to anyone who is just starting out wanting a program that works.

This course has helped me to cope with some of my chronic pains from sitting at my desk at work everyday.

 

I know how to incorporate the movements /exercises into my day. I am able to use my break down movement and move throughout the work day.
